- Philippine citizens or residents (extraterritorial application of RA 10173)
- Users in other jurisdictions where we choose to extend similar protections

If we meet mandatory thresholds—such as processing sensitive personal information of 1,000+ individuals or handling data likely to pose a risk—we will register our Data Processing Systems with the NPC before engaging in such processing.
